Save the earth!!

WE UNITE TO SPREAD FRAGRANCE IN THE SOCIETY WITH OUR LEARNING

My friends and I tried to wake up the society by campaigning and writing letters to responsible persons. Some of us chose campaigning, where we went to each house near our locality and patiently giving home-made souvenirs to encourage them to go green and protect the environment against pollution. We also spoke to the public about the effects of pollution on us, the Earth, plants and animals. We also told those ways which could help them go eco-friendly. Others selected writing letters to responsible personalities in the government, who can take care of the environment. We helped them see where all they need to check. We did surveys and tried to get to know how to prevent pollution of a particular topic like, air, soil and water. With the help of this we could spread awareness to the people (to help save the world) and I think we got a lot of information (according to our standards) to go ahead in saving the Earth indeed!!!

Our Suggestions :

1. Start planting around your homes / apartments

2. Spread awareness

3. Pollution checks for vehicles

4. Use public transport

5. Carpool

6. Plant trees

7. Switch off vehicles near traffic signals if you know the signal is for more than a minute

8. Provide facility for seepage of rain water around your house / apartments.

This balances underground water level.

9. Maintain separate garbage system for wet and dry garbage

10. Maintain compost pits as much as you can
