On 15th
of February assembly is conducted by music department inmemory of one of the
greatest composers of Carnatic music or classical South Indian music Sri
SriKakarla Tyagabrahmam colloquially known as Tyāgarāju, Tyagayyaand
Tyāgarājar.
Niveda
of grade V presented personal background of Sri Tyagayya.
Sanjay
of grade IV presented a solo of Tyagaraja kriti “Nanugannathalli” in
Kesariragam, aaditaalam that is well presented. Then the group of students
presented another kriti of Tyagaraja “Nagumomukalavaani” in Madhyamavatiraagam,
aaditaalam.
