Students
of Oakridge observed World Cancer Day by discussing and listening to others
viewpoint on causation of this disease. The students using a visible thinking
strategy 'circle of view points' discussed various factors responsible for
causing Cancer. They stated that the pollution is the main cause for this
deadly disease, junk food, unhealthy lifestyle are other some causes that cause
this disease. They concluded their discussion that the trees & jungle
should not be cut and one should maintain a healthy & balanced lifestyle
because 'Prevention is better than cure.'
