“True Oakridger” Strategy by Drama Department to Motivate Students”

This year Drama Department has started “True Oakridger” strategy to motivate students to follow essential agreements. Drama Teachers are observing the classes and recording the same through photos and displaying it on the Soft Board with the caption “True Oakridger” for the students of various grade levels who are following Essential Agreements and participating actively and creatively in drama classes. Students are informed that they will be observed by the Teachers all the time. It has become a healthy competition among different grade levels.  Students are eager to see their class photo under the caption “True Oakridger”.  As Robert Kiyosaki said “Confidence comes from discipline and training” our Oakridgers have made it true. They have become much more confident by being discipline. The classes who have gained their place under the title of “True Oakridgers” are: 5J, 2H, 1E, 4B, 5F, 1D
